There are several different products and brands you can chose from to maintain your lawn. One of the popular brands comes from Scotts. There's an app to remind you to apply applications and track which products are a good fit. Both Home Depot and Lowe's carry Scott products. Some resident's have found their program simple and easy to follow.
This a tip and suggestion. Chose the products your feel will help your lawn look beautiful. Camp Creek HOA are not lawn professionals. We are just making suggestions. You decide.

What if I don't know how to take care of a lawn?

It's understandable that you may not know what to do. It's probably best to hire a professional to maintain the lawn, weeds, and bushes. Camp Creek Village will be developing a preferred vendors list in the coming months that may be helpful. In the meantime, refer to Yelp, NextDoor, Facebook Marketplace and other community sites.

What is the definition of " Lawn Maintenance"?

Lawn maintenance means the care of lawns, including seeding, fertilizing, aeration, and lawn disease prevention. It also includes the ongoing cutting, mulching, edging, and weeding required for a neat appearance.

Can I be fined for not maintaining the yard?

Short answer: Yes

Taking care of your lawn is a requirement as a member of the Camp Creek Village Home Owner's Association. We encourage all our residents to engage in the care the neighborhood by maintaining their landscape, lawns, and vegetation on a regular basis.

Adhering to all of the rules and regulations when you buy a house is part of being a resident of Camp Creek Village. Protecting your investment as a homeowner is the main goal of the community rules and regulations.

HOA fines are used to help enforce community guidelines, as outlined by their governing documents. Fines are issued when a violation of community rules and standards occurs. These rules can vary but may include things like ignoring lawn care. Fines will be assessed and do escalate with every continuing violation. We don't want to fine you. We want you to maintain your yard.
